Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and basic networking concepts.

• Valid state driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, troubleshoots and repairs highly complex diagnostic and therapeutic imaging equipment and systems.
• Installs, calibrates and tests highly complex new imaging equipment and/or systems.
• Works with a mix of Biomedical and Diagnostic Imaging equipment, prioritizing complex Diagnostic Imaging devices.
• Interacts with clinical staff to ensure needs are met.
• Provides technical support to imaging staff in use of imaging devices.
• Acts as a technical resource to Biomedical Technicians and Imaging Technicians.
• Documents and maintains accurate records of inspections, repairs, and adjustments.
• Coordinates with radiation physicist for QA testing and site licensing needs.
