Job summary

Raytheon Technologies, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks experienced semiconductor processing engineers for the RF Microelectronics/Module Development & Foundry Services team in Andover, MA. The role focuses on III-V devices, compound semiconductors, and high-frequency modules for defense applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on floor experience, knowledge of photolithography, deposition, etching, and testing, plus a strong data-analysis background and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Experience in photolithography, dielectric deposition, metals evaporation, etch processes and/or inspections (SEM/optical).

Responsibilities

• Work on the foundry floor with cross-functional teams to sustain and develop processes.
• Review inline data trends and process control metrics.
• Investigate scrap and rework using root cause tools.
• Maintain technical documentation for recipes and FMEAs.
• Identify and implement process improvements and yield enhancements.
• Analyze large datasets to define SPC controls and manage projects.
• Support yield improvement and RCCA efforts on the production line.
• Assist capital qualification efforts.
