Experian is seeking an experienced leader to head the Identity Governance & Administration engineering team, responsible for enterprise IGA services. You will set the technical direction for SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and govern identities across human and non-human accounts.

You will oversee lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, provisioning, and policy workflows; guide migrations from legacy platforms; and expand automation via APIs, connectors, GitOps, IaC, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IAM or IGA engineering, with 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• Hands-on SailPoint ISC implementation and large-scale enterprise operations.
• Experience with Agile, CI/CD, Git, and Infrastructure as Code.
