Job summary

A leading IT service provider in Virginia is seeking an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will be responsible for ensuring secure access to systems and data, implementing IAM solutions, and developing integrations. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in IGA tools, particularly SailPoint, and must be capable of obtaining a Secret security clearance. This hybrid role combines remote and onsite work, supporting collaboration and operational efficiency while adhering to compliance standards.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience designing and implementing IAM solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience implementing enterprise IGA solutions.
• Experience with the Java programming language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure secure and compliant access to systems and data.
• Develop custom integrations with various applications using APIs.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IAM projects with policies.
