Job summary

Digital Realty is seeking a SailPoint Engineering Lead to own the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud strategy and governance for enterprise-scale identity. You will partner with Security, Infrastructure, Compliance, and Business teams to define, architect, and deliver identity governance programs across a globally regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in IAM; 4+ years SailPoint IdentityNow.
• End-to-end JML lifecycle design and implementation.
• Enterprise IGA architecture ownership and multi-year roadmaps.
• Expertise in certifications, UARs, audits and compliance.
• Knowledge of non-human identity governance, PAM/secret management.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year IGA roadmap and strategy.
• Define SailPoint ISC architecture for JML and access certs.
• Integrate with HCM, AD, Entra ID, ServiceNow, and others.
• Build SailPoint ISC capabilities and campaigns.
• Lead offshore delivery teams and governance of SI partners.
• Manage SOX UAR campaigns and audit evidence collection.
• Ensure regulatory alignment including NIS2 and DORA.
• Govern non-human identities and privileged access integrations.
