Job summary

Nordstrom Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Identity Security Operations to own the end-to-end identity safety program. You will lead a multi-site team managing Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, SailPoint, and BeyondTrust, shaping roadmaps and automation to reduce toil.

This hybrid Seattle-based role requires 10+ years in IAM, 7+ years of leadership, and a strong audit/security background. You will partner with Identity Engineering & Build on transitions and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in identity and access management or IT security.
• 7+ years leading managers or a function; senior leadership experience.
• Experience with enterprise IdP platforms and IAM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own Identity Security Operations end to end, including health, security posture, and service delivery.
• Set operating model, multi-year roadmap, and automation to reduce toil.
• Lead through managers and senior ICs, build bench strength.
• Establish SLAs, KPIs, and executive reporting for identity services.
• Manage major incidents, change governance, and audit responses.
• Oversee joiner/mover/leaver, provisioning, and privileged access operations.
• Drive vendor and licensing relationships for identity platforms.
