Job summary

Hadrian in Los Angeles is seeking a Senior Identity Engineer to own workforce and workload identity end-to-end — SSO, MFA, the joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle — across corporate, cloud, and factory systems handling export-controlled data. You will build an automation-first, least-privilege identity program that shrinks our attack surface while keeping engineers fast.

This hands-on IC role sits on a small security team, collaborating with Detection & Response and Compliance, implementing IdP stacks

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and proven shipping of identity systems.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, RBAC, and ReBAC.
• Hands-on depth with IdPs (Okta / Entra / Google Workspace / Auth0 / Zitadel).
• Cloud identity experience mapping to infrastructure (Azure, AWS, IAM).
• Autonomy to own identity domain end-to-end on a small team.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate our IdP stack including SSO and MFA.
• Scale identity systems using OAuth 2.0 / OIDC / SAML and RBAC / ReBAC.
• Own cloud identity end-to-end across Azure and AWS.
• Automate joiner/mover/leaver lifecycle and access reviews.
• Collaborate with Detection & Response and Compliance to ensure audit-ready telemetry.
