Job summary

Brobston Group in Seattle seeks a senior leader to run Identity Security Operations, responsible for reliability, security, and service delivery of identity platforms.

You will set the operating model and multi-year roadmap, advancing automation and maturity while driving risk reduction and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in identity and access management, information security, or IT operations.
• 7+ years leading teams and 5+ years leading leaders or owning a function.
• Experience operating enterprise identity platforms (IdP, directory services, governance, PAM).
• Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, SAML, OIDC, OAuth, Conditional Access, and identity lifecycle management.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned operations, incident/change management, budgets, vendor relationships, audits, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own identity operations strategy, staffing, budget, roadmap, service health, SLAs, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Lead managers and senior contributors; build leadership capacity, succession, and strong teams.
• Direct incident command, problem management, change governance, access lifecycle operations, and privileged access operations.
• Drive automation and toil reduction, and establish transition-to-operations standards with Identity Engineering.
• Manage platform vendors and service relationships, and serve as the accountable operations lead for audits and compliance engagements.
