Job summary

Stellarus in New York is seeking a Senior Manager, Identity Platform Engineering to shape scalable IAM capabilities across hybrid cloud, SaaS, and on-prem environments. You will lead engineering efforts, drive secure access patterns, and partner with product and security teams to deliver policy-driven identity services.

In this role you will mentor a growing team, champion automation via DevOps practices, and ensure reliable identity governance, auditing, and compliance across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience designing and supporting enterprise IAM solutions.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate IAM solutions across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.
• Lead IAM/platform engineering teams; drive security and governance across services.
• Partner with DevOps to automate identity services and enable self-service for developers.
• Oversee identity controls, audits, and risk-based access across the enterprise.
