Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking aSenior Identity Governance & Administration Analyst to lead the administration, design, and expansion of our enterprise Identity Governance program, leveraging SailPoint and an Oracle HCM integration as the source of truth for identity data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security or Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Cyber Security, IT, Risk Assessments, Privacy.
• 5 years of Governance, Risk and Compliance; and Privacy.
• At least 1 certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CIPP or similar privacy certifications.
• Experience with security frameworks and regulations (NIST CSF/800-53/800-171, CIS, SOC2, GDPR).
• Pre-employment onboarding requirements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead SailPoint IGA platform administration and governance.
• Design and maintain enterprise identity governance processes.
• Develop roadmap for identity governance maturity.
• Coordinate with HR, IT, Cybersecurity and audits.
• Onboard enterprise applications and define provisioning models.
• Design persona-based access and RBAC frameworks.
• Produce compliance reporting and audit evidence.
