Digital Realty seeks a SailPoint Engineering Lead for IAM to own the enterprise identity governance program, defining architecture, and leading governance across security, infrastructure, and compliance teams. This is a program leadership role with responsibility for SailPoint ISC deployment across a globally regulated enterprise.

You will drive multi-year IGA roadmaps, integrate with Oracle HCM, AD, Entra ID, and ServiceNow, mentor offshore teams, and ensure SOX UAR readiness while advancing

Qualifications

• 8–10 years IAM experience with 4+ years SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Proven experience designing end-to-end Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle.
• Experience owning enterprise IGA architecture and multi-year roadmaps.
• Strong expertise in access certifications, SOX UARs, audit readiness.
• Deep knowledge of non-human identity governance, including service accounts and PAM.
• Experience in large-scale environments with 10,000+ identities.
• DevOps mindset with CI/CD pipelines and configuration-as-code.
• Advanced SailPoint ISC tech: rules, APIs, connectors, workflows.
• Experience integrating identity platforms with Oracle HCM, AD, Entra ID.
• SailPoint ISC Certified Engineer preferred; CISSP/CISM preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own multi-year IGA roadmap and strategy.
• Define SailPoint ISC architecture across JML lifecycle, certifications, role models, connectors.
• Design integrations with Oracle HCM, AD, Entra ID, ServiceNow, BeyondTrust, and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Build SailPoint ISC capabilities, including workflows, lifecycle rules, access requests, and campaigns.
• Establish config-as-code practices using GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Lead offshore delivery teams and govern SI partners.
• Own SOX UAR campaigns, audit evidence collection and compliance engagements.
• Ensure governance aligns with NIS2 and DORA.
• Govern non-human identities, including service accounts, APIs, machine identities, and privileged access.
