Job summary

Digital Realty seeks an Engineering Lead for SailPoint IAM to own and shape identity governance at enterprise scale. You will define strategy, architecture, and delivery across global teams, ensuring compliant access controls and certifications.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive integration with Oracle HCM, AD, Entra ID, and other systems, and promote a DevOps, CI/CD‑driven, configuration‑as‑code approach across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years IAM experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
• End-to-end JML lifecycle design experience.
• Enterprise IGA architecture ownership and multi-year roadmaps.
• Strong audit, UARs, SOX compliance engagement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-year IGA roadmap and strategy.
• Define SailPoint ISC architecture across JML, certs, roles, connectors.
• Design integrations with HCM, AD, Entra ID, ServiceNow, and PAM tools.
• Build SailPoint ISC capabilities: workflows, lifecycle rules, access requests.
