Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is seeking a Senior Identity Governance & Administration Analyst to lead a comprehensive IAM program. You will own SailPoint governance, onboard enterprise apps, and drive a strong personas framework aligned with HR data from Oracle HCM.

As a senior contributor, you will coordinate with Cybersecurity, HR, IT, and Compliance to implement RBAC, JML processes, and regulatory controls across a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Cyber Security, IT, Risk Assessments or Privacy.
• 5+ years governance, risk and compliance experience.
• CISSP/CISM/CISA/CRISC/CIPP or similar privacy certs.

Responsibilities

• Lead SailPoint IAM administration and governance across the enterprise.
• Onboard applications, define provisioning models and governance controls.
• Integrate Oracle HCM with IAM and implement JML processes.
• Engage HR, IT, Cybersecurity and Compliance stakeholders; provide executive reports.
