Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Tier 3 Technician in Washington, DC to deliver advanced IT support and account management within a federal intelligence environment. The role focuses on system account lifecycle management, identity and access management, PKI certificate administration, and escalated technical support.

You will coordinate with security teams to ensure secure, compliant access to enterprise systems, work with ITSM processes, and support secure remote access in classified environments.

Qualifications

• 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA, 9 years with a HS Diploma
• Extensive experience with enterprise directory services and identity management platforms
• Experience with enterprise email administration and collaboration platforms
• Strong knowledge of IT service management (ITSM) ticketing systems and processes
• Demonstrated ability to manage user account provisioning, de-provisioning, and access control
• Experience with mobile device management (MDM) platforms for enterprise environments
• Knowledge of endpoint management and software deployment tools
• US Citizen with active TS/SCI or Q/SCI security clearance
