Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Customer-facing solution design experience with engineering customers.
• Proficient in reading and writing code to reproduce issues and review integrations.
• Clear technical writing and code reviews.
• Broad systems integration across many systems, protocols, and languages.
• Root-cause diagnostic rigor using logs, traces, tokens.
• Experience with incident and release support under pressure.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced in one or more programming languages.
• Experience leading use of AI-assisted development tools with proper validation.
• Knowledge of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a front‑line regional technical support point across the Auth & Auth portfolio.
• Collaborate with engineering customers to design and validate integrations.
• Own complex incidents spanning multiple systems and drive resolution.
• Read and write code daily, create reproductions and diagnostic tooling.
• Author and review runbooks and root‑cause write‑ups.
• Provide regional escalation coverage and mentor other engineers.
• Develop innovative software solutions and troubleshoot complex problems.
• Promote enterprise‑wide AI-assisted engineering practices and standards.
• Improve automation and validation within the SDLC toolchain.
• Identify opportunities to automate recurring issues to boost stability.
