Job summary

Benchmark is seeking a Test Operator in Winona, MN to perform ICT and functional Go/No Go testing on assemblies and PCBs. The role requires hands-on use of test equipment and documentation in the Quality Management System.

You will read schematics, identify component types, and maintain records of tested units while upholding quality standards. This safety-sensitive position supports a 24/7 global operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with electronics exposure.
• 4+ years of advanced electronic test experience (FCT/HASS).
• Ability to read schematics and work with test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Sets up test equipment and understands test/assembly processes.
• Operates test equipment and records failure parameters in the QMS.
• Identifies components and reads values on boards and ICs.
• Maintains records of tested units and uses SPC charts.
• Mentors other Test Operators and suggests test improvements.
• Ensures work quality meets customer requirements.
