Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc in Winona, MN is seeking a Test Operator to perform ICT and functional Go/No Go testing on systems assemblies and PCBs using test equipment. The role requires reading schematics, identifying components, and maintaining accurate records.

You will mentor peers, contribute to continuous improvement, and work in a safety‑sensitive environment with a 24/7 global operation when needed. Shift: Shift 2; Schedule: M-Th 1550-0135; Full Time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 4+ years in advanced electronic test.
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, and assembly prints.

Responsibilities

• Sets up test equipment; understands test/assembly processes for each board or system tested.
• Operates test equipment and records failure parameters into the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Identifies components and reads values or ICs, resistors, capacitors, etc.
• Maintains records of tested units and uses SPC charts for quality tracking.
• Leads and mentors other Test Operators.
