Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking a Senior ICT/Technology Consultant to design, execute, and manage ICT projects from concept to completion. You will foster client relationships, mentor designers, and drive growth and innovation across telecommunications, audiovisual, and security design.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, RCDD certification, and a hands-on leader who champions quality and standards. A hybrid workplace with two in-office days per week is offered in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ICT/technology consulting.
• Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship not available.
• Preferred: technology industry certifications (OSPs, DCDC, PSP, CTS, PMP, PE).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ICT projects from concept to completion.
• Consult with clients on technology systems design for new construction/renovation.
• Mentor designers in security, telecom, and audiovisual design.
• Prepare Division 27 and Division 28 specifications, construction documentation, and basis of design reports.
• Provide construction administration including RFI responses and submittal reviews.
• QC/QA to improve design standards and documentation.
