Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ICT/technology consulting or related fields.
• RCDD certification or equivalent credentials.
• Demonstrated ownership of projects and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ICT projects from concept to completion.
• Consult with clients on technology systems design for new construction and renovations.
• Mentor designers in security, telecom, and audiovisual design.
• Prepare Division 27 and Division 28 specifications, construction documents, and basis of design reports.
• Provide construction administration support including RFI responses and submittal reviews.
• Maintain rigorous quality assurance and contribute to design standard improvements.
• Foster growth and innovation within the team.
