Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, seeks a Senior ICT / Technology Consultant to lead ICT projects from concept to completion. You will design, execute, and manage telecommunications, audiovisual, and security design while mentoring others, ensuring quality and standards.

The role requires 10+ years of experience and an RCDD, with a hybrid work setup and two days in-office weekly in the U.S. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in ICT/technology consulting or equivalent.
• Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification required or in hand.
• Demonstrated ownership of projects and coding/design standards.
• Excellent technical competency and clear communication across stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and manage ICT projects from concept to completion.
• Consult with clients on technology systems design for new construction and renovation.
• Mentor designers in security, telecom, and audiovisual design.
• Prepare Division 27/28 specs, docs, and basis of design reports.
• Provide construction administration support including RFI responses.
• Conduct QC reviews and contribute to design standard improvements.
• Foster growth and innovation within the team.
