Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience.
• Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).
• Strong ownership of projects and standards.
• Excellent technical competency and communication skills with a proven track record in technology design fields.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive ICT project design, execution, and management from concept to completion.
• Consult with clients on technology systems design for new construction/renovation.
• Mentor designers in security, telecom, and audiovisual design.
• Prepare Division 27 and 28 specs, construction docs, and basis of design reports.
• Provide construction administration support including RFI responses and submittal reviews.
• Conduct QC reviews and uphold quality standards; contribute to design standard improvements.
• Foster growth and innovation within the team.
