Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, is hiring a Senior ICT / Technology Consultant to design, execute, and manage ICT projects from concept to completion. The role emphasizes client relations, mentoring, and driving growth in telecommunications, audiovisual, and security design.

The position requires 10+ years of experience and an active RCDD. It offers a hybrid work model with two in-office days weekly, and a salary range of $135,000–$165,000.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ICT/technology consulting.
• RCDD certification or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ICT projects from concept to completion.
• Mentor designers in security, telecom, and audiovisual design.
• Prepare Division 27/28 specs, construction docs, and basis of design reports.
• Provide construction administration and RFI/submittal reviews.
• Perform QC reviews and contribute to design standard improvements.
• Foster growth and innovation within the team.
