Job summary

Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, seeks a Senior ICT / Technology Consultant to lead and manage ICT projects from concept to completion. You will design, execute, and mentor teams in telecommunications, audiovisual, and security design while driving growth and innovation.

The role requires at least 10 years of experience, a valid RCDD, and a strong ownership mindset. Hybrid work with two in-office days per week in the United States is expected.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in ICT/technology design and consulting.
• Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD).
• Strong ownership mindset and standards adherence.
• Excellent technical communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ICT projects from concept to completion.
• Consult with clients on technology systems design for new construction and renovations.
• Mentor designers in security, telecom, and audiovisual design.
• Prepare specifications, docs, and basis of design reports.
• Provide construction administration and RFI/submittal reviews.
• Uphold quality assurance and continuously improve design standards.
