Glumac, a Tetra Tech company, seeks a Senior ICT/Technology Consultant to lead ICT projects from concept to completion. The role emphasizes client engagement, designing telecommunications, audiovisual, and security systems, with mentoring responsibilities for junior designers.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience, RCDD, and a track record of ownership on complex projects. Hybrid work with two in-office days per week is offered in the U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in ICT/technology design
• Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)
• Strong ownership and accountability on projects and standards
• Excellent technical and communication skills in technology design fields

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ICT projects from concept to completion.
• Consult with clients on systems design for new construction and renovations.
• Mentor designers in security, telecom, and audiovisual design.
• Prepare Division 27/28 specs, construction docs, and basis of design reports.
• Provide construction administration support including RFIs and submittals.
• Perform QC reviews and contribute to design standard improvements.
• Foster growth and innovation within the team.
