Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years of people-management.
• Experience in business management, marketing, commercial strategy, or market development within the medical device/healthcare industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams in a complex matrix organization.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities and advise regional leadership on priorities.
• Develop and execute the Americas RLM ICT business strategy across Structural Heart, Coronary, and Renal Denervation.
• Translate global portfolio and therapy strategies into actionable regional and country-level plans.
• Monitor business performance, market dynamics, competitive activity, and KPIs with commercial and finance teams.
• Drive commercial excellence across product launches, therapy-development initiatives, and market-access programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to advance regional priorities.
