Job summary

Prodapt, the largest specialized player in the Connectedness industry, is seeking a Compensation Analyst with 5+ years in Sales Compensation and hands-on experience with ICM platforms. This role supports monthly cycles, governance and audits.

You will execute monthly credits, assist with variance checks and payroll cutoffs, prepare CRB inputs, publish seller statements, and maintain SOPs and controls using Excel and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Compensation or ICM with hands-on plan execution.
• Strong command of incentive-plan mechanics — thresholds, accelerators, caps.
• Experience with compensation governance and audit-ready processes.
• Proficiency with Excel, BI tools and large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly credits across in-scope segments with full traceability.
• Perform close-out, FGA loading, limiter management and adjustments.
• Support prelims variance checks and payroll cutoffs.
• Investigate compensation inquiries per runbook.
• Publish seller statements and hand-off payout files to payroll.
• Maintain SOPs, controls evidence and exception logs.
