Job summary

The Chamberlain Group LLC, Oak Brook, IL, is seeking a hands‑on Demand & Supply Planning professional to drive the IBP process and coordinate cross‑functional inputs. • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Demand and Supply review processes happen on‑time, helping sales, manufacturing and finance teams comply with requirements.
• Track key metrics for the S&OP team and report to IBP leadership and executives.
• Include NPI plans in demand and supply planning processes and identify risks or liabilities.
• Prepare materials and facilitate Demand and Supply IBP meetings.
• Coordinate periodic meetings, resolve issues and follow up on actions from meetings.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or Marketing

Master’s in Business Administration/CPIM-CIRM/CSCP/Lean Six Sigma/PMP certifications
