Job summary

CommScope Building & Campus is seeking a planning professional to drive end-to-end IBP demand and supply reviews. You will design and execute supply chain planning across business units, maintaining healthy inventory and mitigating actions to maximize customer service while reducing costs.

Based in Claremont, NC or Reynosa, MX, you will collaborate with Operations, PLM, and Sales to balance demand and capacity, publish reports, and lead S&OP activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with experience in supply and operations and ERP/reporting tools.
• MS Office – Excel knowledge.
• Strong analytical abilities.
• Knowledge of production control systems, specifically SAP.

Responsibilities

• Execute Planning activities as focal point with BU and Operations leaders.
• Design, coordinate and publish reports on forecast, inventory, and operations requirements.
• Coordinate Sales & Operations Planning process with PLM, Sales and Operations.
• Own supply review meetings and balance demand and supply by facilitating cross-functional adjustments.
• Partner with Operations to manage capacity levels in line with the consensus forecast.
• Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain standardized operating procedures.
• First point of contact to mitigate and solve escalated issues to debottleneck supply chain operations.
• Manage inventory levels in assigned regions and units; publish excess inventory reports.
• Engage in NPI activities with Engineering/Sales/PLM to support speed-to-market initiatives.
• Measure, support and develop local entity planners.
• Manage system parameters for entire Product Life Cycle.
• Collaborate with procurement/vendors on contract manufacturing products where applicable.
• Balance supply and capacity to provide high levels of customer service.
