Job summary
Chamberlain Group is seeking a senior leader to head the Supply Chain Planning team for a BU, driving demand and inventory planning, S&OP/IBP alignment, and portfolio optimization. You will steer cross-functional meetings with BU executives to develop actionable options and risk scenarios, while overseeing monthly forecasts and target inventory strategies.
The role requires 5+ years in supply chain and people management, SAP or similar planning tool experience, and travel up to 15%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, engineering or IT.
- 5+ years of supply chain experience with people management.
- Experience with SAP or similar planning software.
- MBA preferred and APICS CPIM/CSCP/Lean/Six Sigma/PMP certifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead Supply Chain Planning team for a BU.
- Align S&OP/IBP vision with BU strategy and initiatives.
- Drive consensus demand and supply forecasts with options and risk scenarios.
- Oversee rolling future month consensus demand plans and drivers.
- Determine optimal inventory levels across the supply chain.
- Lead product lifecycle management including launches and discontinuations.
- Contribute to annual budget and operating plan via S&OP/IBP analyses.
