Job summary

Chamberlain Group in Oak Brook, IL is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support SOP with data analysis, supply planning, and production scheduling coordination. You will transform complex data into actionable insights that inform demand, capacity, inventory, and production priorities.

The role collaborates with Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and Leadership to drive improvements in customer experience, reporting efficiency, and KPI tracking, while ensuring compliance with health and safety

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance or marketing.
1–3 years of relevant work experience in supply chain, customer care, finance or marketing.
Strong analytical skills and ability to influence.
Ability to understand and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

Implement and track key performance metrics to measure the impact of customer experience initiatives.
Drive reporting and analytics with cross-functional teams (Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, Customer Service).
Assist in development of corrective action plans with Supply Chain to address service issues.
Monitor and communicate key supply chain performance against targets and scorecards.
Comply with health and safety guidelines and ensure organizational compliance.
Drive cross-functional collaboration to improve forecasting, inventory levels, and service levels.
Analyze actual sales to customers and identify deviations from the Demand Plan and act quickly.
