Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of IBM Maximo Asset Management and MAS across environments.
• Develop enterprise-wide solution architectures aligning business needs with technology capabilities.
• Define standards, governance, and methodologies for Maximo-related initiatives.
• Serve as primary technical advisor for modernization, migration, and transformation projects.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and patterns to improve system capabilities.
• Design and maintain enterprise data models supporting asset management and operations.
• Lead data governance, master data management, and data quality initiatives.
• Lead data migration and validation efforts for implementations and upgrades.
• Develop strategies for data lifecycle management, retention, and compliance.
• Ensure highly available, scalable, and secure Maximo environments.
• Lead integration between Maximo and financial/enterprise systems.
• Maintain technical roadmaps for growth and modernization.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor administrators, developers, and analysts.
