Job summary

Serco is seeking a Senior IBM Maximo Developer in Florida to design, develop, and optimize MAS/Maximo solutions across asset-intensive environments. You will lead integrations, automation, and data migration while mentoring teammates and shaping technical standards.

The role requires hands-on Maximo experience, system integration prowess, and strong collaboration with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable EAM capabilities for federal and commercial contexts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IBM Maximo development and administration.
• Experience with MAS, Maximo Manage, and Maximo Mobile.
• Strong system integration, data migration, and troubleshooting.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and specs.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server/DB2).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support Maximo solutions for EAM needs.
• Lead integrations using MIF, REST APIs, and web services.
• Develop automation scripts with Jython/Python and JavaScript.
• Mentor developers and participate in Agile planning and reviews.
• Support deployments on OpenShift, Docker, Linux, and Windows Server.
