Job summary

Serco is seeking a highly experienced Senior IBM Maximo Developer to design, develop, and optimize Maximo solutions supporting complex asset-intensive environments. You will lead technical design, integrations, and performance optimization across MAS, Maximo Manage, and Maximo Mobile.

The role requires hands-on development, solution architecture, and mentoring of teammates, with travel up to 10% and U.S. citizenship.

Qualifications

7+ years hands-on experience developing, configuring, integrating, administering, or supporting IBM Maximo solutions.
Experience implementing Maximo in large, complex enterprise environments.
Strong experience with IBM Maximo Application Suite, Maximo Manage, or recent versions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support IBM Maximo solutions addressing asset management requirements.
Configure and enhance Maximo applications, screens, workflows, security groups, and data configurations.
Develop automation scripts using Jython/Python, JavaScript, SQL, XML, Java, and MAS scripting.
Develop and deploy Maximo Mobile apps for technicians and field users.
Design and maintain integrations using MIF, REST APIs, and web services.
