Job summary

Northern Trust Corp is seeking an IAM Strategy and Product Manager to define and execute the enterprise IAM data strategy. You will own identity data products spanning Workforce IAM, PAM, customer identity, and governance, driving dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.

Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, data engineering, and business leaders to deliver scalable identity data solutions aligned with regulatory and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong product management with Agile delivery and stakeholder management.
• Deep IAM domain knowledge including IGA, PAM, authentication and access governance.
• Ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year roadmap for IAM Data Services.
• Own backlog, prioritization, and delivery of IAM data platforms and analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering, risk, and business teams to translate objectives into requirements.
• Drive identity data architecture, quality, and governance, with dashboards and KPIs.
• Explore AI/ML opportunities to leverage IAM data assets and automation.
