Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cyber security, information technology, computer science, engineering, business, or related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in cyber security, IAM, product management, or technology strategy.
• Experience leading enterprise IAM initiatives and transformation programs.
• Strong strategic planning, executive presentation, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain multi-year IAM strategy, roadmap, and capability maturity plan.
• Own product strategy and lifecycle for assigned IAM capabilities and services.
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive planning sessions.
• Drive data analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting for IAM services.
• Ensure IAM alignment with regulatory requirements and risk management.
