Northern Trust is seeking an IAM Strategy and Product Manager for IAM Data Services to define, deliver, and evolve enterprise identity data capabilities. This role owns the vision, roadmap, and execution of identity data products that support access governance, PAM, authentication, authorization, regulatory reporting, and analytics.

You will bridge cybersecurity, technology, risk, business stakeholders and engineering teams to transform identity data into strategic assets that improve risk

Qualifications

• Strong product management principles and agile delivery experience.
• Experience managing complex technology products in large enterprise environments.
• Deep IAM domain expertise across IAM disciplines and standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute multi-year IAM Data Services roadmap.
• Own backlog and drive delivery of IAM data platforms and analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, risk and business teams.
• Establish governance for identity data standards, quality, and lineage.
