Job summary

Northern Trust seeks a Lead IAM Risk & Audit professional to drive CIAM risk and control activities across the client identity ecosystem. You will lead audit readiness, risk assessments, remediation programs, and governance initiatives with cross-functional teams across technology and risk functions.

The role focuses on identity controls, authentication, onboarding, and regulatory compliance, with engagement in audits and management reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to cyber security, IT, CS, or business.
• Experience in CIAM principles, controls, and related technologies.
• Ability to assess risks, analyze control effectiveness, and support remediation.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and oversight of CIAM risk and control activities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, regulatory exams, and compliance reviews.
• Review audit evidence and partner with auditors to address findings.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to report risk and control status.
