Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Cyber Security or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in business analysis, product management, consulting, cyber security, or IAM.
• Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts and practices.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication abilities.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Product Management: Support IAM strategic roadmap and product vision.
• Business Analysis & Requirements Management: Gather and translate requirements; create user stories.
• Product Delivery Support: Collaborate with engineering to plan and deliver IAM initiatives.
• Governance, Risk & Compliance: Develop metrics and ensure regulatory, privacy, and security obligations.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Produce dashboards and executive reporting on program performance.
