Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking a Manager, Digital Workforce & IAM Product Management to lead the IAM Digital CoWorker initiatives across Chicago and Tempe. You will guide product strategy, define requirements, and oversee AI agents that augment identity and access management while aligning with cyber security standards.

You will build a multi-year roadmap, prioritize use cases, measure productivity gains and risk reductions, and collaborate with engineering, security, and business partners to deliver

Qualifications

• Define and execute the IAM Digital CoWorker strategy.
• Identify automation opportunities using AI Agents and Digital Workers.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap for IAM capabilities.
• Partner with cybersecurity leaders to align with standards and investments.
• Measure value through productivity gains, risk reduction and operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements, success metrics, and release plans.
• Manage feature prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and backlog governance.
• Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and support of AI Agents.
• Integrate AI Agents with enterprise identity and access controls.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and business teams to deliver outcomes.
