Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or equivalent
• Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle and data analytics
• 5+ years in IAM or cybersecurity
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, passwordless
• Experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern auth technologies
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence)
• Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Develops a product strategy and vision delivering value to customers
• Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the roadmap
• Builds framework and tracks key success metrics (cost, features, risk, reliability)
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from stakeholders and customers
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of authentication solutions ensuring security, scalability, reliability
• Collaborate with engineering, security, compliance, and business teams to deliver features
• Ensure platform compliance with GDPR, PCI DSS
• Advocate for secure, usable customer experiences
• Monitor platform performance, KPIs; report to leadership
• Coordinate response to authentication incidents and support customer service
