Job summary

Ping Identity seeks a Senior Sales Engineer in Colorado to blend identity management knowledge with customer success. You’ll join the sales team to run technical demos, PoCs, and compelling proofs of concept, aligning business value with technical solutions.

You’ll engage with stakeholders across levels, deliver presentations, and collaborate with post-sales delivery teams, contributing to revenue through technical leadership and customer advocacy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, or 5+ years in a customer-facing role with enterprise software.
• Deep knowledge of identity protocols: SAML, WS-Fed, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM; REST APIs.
• Experience with LDAP/AD, SSL/TLS, PKI, RADIUS, SQL, DNS, JDBC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations, technical guidance, PoCs, and RfX responses.
• Act as the go-to technical expert for Ping Identity solutions for customers and partners.
• Build enduring customer relationships and act as trusted advisor.
