Job summary

Ping Identity, headquartered in Denver with global presence, seeks a Senior Development Manager to lead a cross-functional engineering team building the next generation of SaaS identity and access products. You will report to a Senior Director of Engineering and guide requirements, development, testing and delivery across the lifecycle.

• Experience leading and developing cross-functional SaaS teams.
• Proven ability to deliver commercial software products to market.
• Strong background in Agile planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team of 8 developers responsible for SaaS and hybrid multi-tenant products.
• Manage recruitment, training, and building an accomplished software development team.
• Contribute technically to the team: provide design and code reviews, and contribute to the codebase yourself.
• Lead forecasting, allocation, and management of capital and people investments.
• Work with product management to determine product requirements and definitions.
• Assist your team in responding quickly to production issues; on-call may be required.
