Job summary

Bank of America in Denver is seeking a Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to lead access provisioning across a complex enterprise. You will implement least privileged access policies and enforce strong identity controls.

The role requires deep expertise in AD, Azure, AWS, Mainframe, Oracle, SQL, and file/storage systems, with hands-on leadership and collaboration with security, IT, and risk teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Identity and Access Management.
• This role requires a solid technical understanding of Infrastructure Architecture engineering solution design experience.
• Deep expertise in Active Directory, Microsoft Azure AWS, Mainframe, Oracle Database, SQL Server.
• Experience designing least privileged access provisioning across enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of IAM governance frameworks, RBAC, PAM tools (CyberArk, HashiCorp, BeyondTrust).
• Automation scripting (PowerShell, Python) for provisioning and audits.
• Familiarity with cloud security and hybrid environments (Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud).
• Ability to conduct access reviews, risk assessments, and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and management of access provisioning across enterprise platforms.
• Maintain and enforce access controls for AD, Azure, AWS, Mainframe, Oracle/SQL.
• Develop access policies, group structures, and RBAC models.
• Collaborate with owners and infra teams to define access requirements.
• Drive automation for provisioning/de-provisioning workflows.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and entitlement audits.
• Remediate access incidents with cybersecurity and risk teams.
• Mentor junior IAM staff and promote security-first culture.
• Stay current with IAM tech and governance practices.
• Present metrics and recommendations to leadership and auditors.
