Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a highly experienced Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to lead access provisioning across a complex enterprise. The role emphasizes enforcing least privileged access and hands-on technical leadership across AD, Azure, AWS, Mainframe, Oracle, SQL, and storage ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Solid understanding of security and access provisioning across enterprise environments.
• Experience with IAM governance, RBAC, and PAM tools.
• Automation and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for provisioning workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and management of access provisioning solutions across enterprise platforms.
• Serve as SME for AD, Azure, AWS, Mainframe, Oracle/SQL databases, file systems, and storage.
• Develop access control policies, RBAC models, and least-privileged access.
• Drive automation to streamline provisioning/de-provisioning with HR systems integration.
• Conduct periodic access reviews, audits, and certification campaigns.
