Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a highly experienced Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to lead access provisioning across a complex enterprise. You will ensure secure, compliant access to systems and data while enforcing least privileged access.

The role requires deep IAM expertise across Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, AWS, Mainframe, Oracle, SQL; you will design scalable provisioning, automate workflows, conduct access reviews, and mentor junior IAM engineers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Deep technical expertise in AD, Azure, AWS, Mainframe, Oracle DB, SQL Server, Windows/Unix file systems, and enterprise storage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of access provisioning solutions across enterprise platforms.
• Serve as SME for AD, Azure, AWS, Mainframe, Oracle, SQL databases, file systems, and enterprise storage with a focus on least privileged access.
• Develop and maintain access control policies, group structures, and RBAC models.
