Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with platform or security focus.
• Experience with identity concepts: OAuth, OIDC, SAML, MFA, RBAC.
• Ability to translate security and compliance needs into a roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Own the IAM strategy and roadmap.
• Define login flows, SSO, MFA, session management, and passwordless auth.
• Shape RBAC models and entitlements across products.
• Drive identity platform strategy (APIs, service-to-service auth, integrations).
• Translate security/compliance needs into prioritized roadmap for engineering leadership.
• Collaborate daily with engineering and security to scope, sequence, and ship IAM capabilities.
• Act as internal identity expert for other product teams and guidance on secure feature builds.
• Define success metrics (login rate, MFA adoption, provision time, incident rate) and use data to prioritize.
