• Define roadmap and strategy for IAM platforms serving enterprise and consumer channels.
• Lead product strategy: vendor selection, MVP, rollout plan.
• Communicate roadmap progress to management and clients.
• Manage backlog, new features, and enhancements for workforce IAM.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with tech, business, and control functions.
• Develop business cases, align funding, analyze cost and benefits.
• Report on product status, metrics, achievements, and risks with data-driven approach.
• Mentor other product managers and business analysts.
