Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a senior product leader to own Cloud IAM strategy, prioritizing features and delivering secure, scalable capabilities aligned with the cloud journey and information security requirements.

You will work closely with engineering, Cloud Security, and IAM teams, guiding daily prioritization, and shaping the product vision to maximize enterprise value while balancing risk and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of information security systems, policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven collaboration and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and prioritize Cloud IAM features with stakeholders.
• Drive functionality and user experience for Cloud IAM capabilities.
• Collaborate with Cloud Security and IAM teams, and with engineering for daily prioritization and feedback.
• Balance delivery of capabilities with research and industry best practices.
