Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an experienced Enterprise Product Manager for Identity Defense and Access Management within Global Information Security. The role defines the program vision, drives the backlog, and partners with Privacy/Legal to ensure compliant, value-driven capabilities.

You will work with Product Owners and executives to align portfolio strategy and deliver secure, scalable access solutions. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise product management focusing on IAM/privacy,

Qualifications

7+ years of enterprise product management experience in IAM, privacy, or related field.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, frameworks, and technologies.
Experience leading in agile environments with a track record of transformation.
Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and communicate vision and progress.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

Create the vision and roadmap for the IAM program based on customer needs, trends, and regulatory direction.
Partner with Privacy and Legal to document and ensure compliance for personal information usage.
Define business capabilities and map them to products to support them.
Articulate business value to Product Owners and align roadmap to portfolio objectives.
Prioritize features/epics in the program backlog and manage trade-offs.
Ensure enough ready work for 1–2 quarters and guide scope decisions.
Collaborate with teams to maximize value via technology and industry insights.
Mentor team members to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
