Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks an IAM Delivery Manager to lead the enterprise IAM program, oversee SailPoint ISC, Okta, and Delinea PAM, and drive roadmap execution with a team of IAM engineers. You will collaborate with risk, compliance, and cybersecurity to ensure secure identity services.

The role emphasizes governance, audit support, vendor management, and cross-functional delivery, with a focus on scalable, compliant identity solutions across the bank's operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Identity & Access Management or Cybersecurity experience.
• 7+ years of leadership, management, or technical team leadership experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams supporting enterprise IAM platforms.
• Experience with SailPoint, Okta, Delinea, or equivalent technologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM delivery, operations health, and strategic evolution of the IAM program.
• Oversee SailPoint ISC, Okta Workforce Identity, Delinea PAM, and Service Account Management.
• Own IAM roadmap, project portfolio, onboarding initiatives, and cross-functional IAM projects.
• Develop resource plans, schedules, and delivery metrics; drive automation.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, and compliance assessments.
• Manage vendor performance, licensing, contracts, and professional services.
